What, you did not notice I was gone? Oh well that's cause I went to visit you hi hi hi. I used to think I can adapt to any condition pretty quickly. Not so much in the recent years. When I first landed in Lion City, I feel a part of me is still in Koala Land, when I landed in Boleh land, I just warmed up to Lion City. Once I settled down in Boleh Land, it's time to go home Koala Land.. What the.....
Anyway I am back and as expected immediately start showing symptoms of falling sick. Since I came to Koala Land, 2 years consecutively I fell really sick in May/June and I don't want to make it a habit that's for sure. So I have decided not to keh kiang and stopped swimming for a week which turns out to be a good idea as I recovered by Friday. GO ME!
2 hours is not enough to create jet lag and yet it is enough to disrupt my Koala sleeping hours. I felt so sleep deprived that I can feel the grittiness behind my eye lids. In my line of profession, attention and concentration is very important. Actually all jobs are but I need to be alert to be in top form. I felt like I was walking on shells whole week and can't really wait for weekend when I can crash and snooze.
In between, I caught up with mail, finance and Masterchef. Don't know why, I am every into with this season's Masterchef and yet totally disregard the previous 2 seasons. Guess it's the mixture of contestants. There is one particular contestant- Rose that I really sympathize. She is not a bad cook but almost always went into elimination not necessarily due to her fault. How much adversity one contestant needs to face, that poor thing.
I also tried to look for a photo to go with this blog, can't find any. Since when having a photo is a necessity in my blog anyway?
